Non-Profit Organizations (Onlus)
Legislative Decree 117/2017, Article 83, states that any donation to a non-profit organization (Onlus) may benefit from tax advantages, as follows:
Tax deduction (IRPEF): 35% of the donated amount, up to a maximum of €30,000;
Income deduction: up to 10% of the declared income.
Note: Donations cannot be made in cash; they must be processed via postal payment, bank transfer, or check.
Social Report
The social report is a tool designed to ensure transparency and provide information. Social enterprises and other Third Sector organizations (ETS) are required to prepare it to account for and monitor their commitment to socially responsible practices. It is intended for all stakeholders (employees, clients, suppliers, local communities, etc.).
